We currently ship our products across India. For international orders, please contact us at support@tefex.in to confirm availability and shipping charges.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

  • Metro & Tier-1 Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
    Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Standard shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): May include an additional handling fee (if applicable).

5. Tracking Orders

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and courier details via email/SMS to monitor your shipment.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@tefex.in with your order ID and photos.

  • In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner and either reship your order or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address, contact details, and pin code entered at checkout are accurate. Tefex Enterprises is not responsible for non-delivery or delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. Order Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders can be cancelled or modified before dispatch by emailing us at support@tefex.in.

  • Once dispatched, cancellations or changes are not possible.
